Maybe Justice is Finally Ours!!

UPDATE: I have received word that Izak was arrested on May 20, 2014 for child trafficking. Alyssa's and my case is noted in the charge! Could this truly be happening after all this time?! It is almost too good to be true!!I have a copy of the newspaper but am awaiting translation.

Izak Javed, a man posing as someone who has the legal right to work in the adoption field, is actually a child trafficker. Please educate yourself on this man and pass it on to others. He has attempted at least once in the past year to continue to facilitate adoptions. Please click here to view my new blog with pictures of Izak. Did the embassy NOT check his background or did they knowingly higher him....perhaps a bribe worked...it has worked for Izak in the past!

A Touch of Justice

My dear sweet daughter. I think of you ever day and wonder and worry how you are doing. I still love you so very much!! There was some justice for you today and I would give anything if you could have been here to cheer along with me!! Maybe someday when you are grown and find this blog you will come and celebrate with me. You aren't here now and that makes my heart so heavy, but tonight it is a little lighter because in the end, there was this bit of justice. I love you my spunky little sweetie. Wherever you are may God be watching over you. Love, Mommy

UPDATES

10/29/2011 Two years ago today I had to say goodbye to Alyssa. I don't believe she has spent those years in a safe place. I worry about her and pray everyday for her safety and happiness. I also pray that someday, somehow she will come across this website and know that she has a Mommy who loves her. What happened to us was wrong, brought on by the greed of many people here in the US and in Pakistan. I can only hope that justice is done someday. But, for now, I still blow kisses in the wind.

2/3 I have a new lawyer in Pakistan who is going to meet with the FIA to determine tha status of Alyssa's case!

Also, I believe I found proof that the people who claimed to be her parents aren't really her parents!! They claimed Alyssa was taken from them in late July, yet I have a Pakistan Adoption Flyer that my agency emailed to a friend of mine in January of last year and Alyssa's picture is on it! I was very worried the FIA would give Alyssa over to these people who she obviously didn't know and feared! YAY!

1/23 We have lost our lawyer that was working in Pakistan. My immigration attorney here in the U.S. is carefully looking into a replacement. It is difficult being here in the U.S., but I have faith she will find an honest, knowledgeable one in Pakistan.
